I'm Geoff Scott, chef and owner of Vinnies. I've put this little site together to give you some idea of what to expect when you come and dine with me and my team at our place, Vinnies.
Since 1990 Vinnies has been a leading light in Auckland and New Zealand's restaurant scene. When in June 2005 the chance came to become chef and owner of Vinnies, I couldn't resist the opportunity to take on and continue building the enviable reputation of a restaurant I have long considered iconic.
Every day, my ambition is to give a top class dining experience in comfortable and intimate surrounds - but I don't do this alone. The front of house team is led by Rowen Collings, whose professional and endearing manner will make you feel welcome. His passion for creating the perfect dining experience for you is assured with a knowledge of service and wine, informed by years in the service profession.
